  • Parts work (also known as Internal Family Systems) to explore and support the different parts of you that developed to help you survive

  • A supportive space where you don’t have to explain everything or pretend to be okay

All sessions are held online. That means you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s your home, your office, or anywhere in between.
